Refund policy

At Ambrocia , we take pride in the quality & craftsmanship of our products. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ambrocialux@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a replacement or store credit (if applicable).
We are not responsible for damages due to improper care, normal wear and tear, or sizing issues. Please review the product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.
